Picking yourself up after you’ve fallen into unhealthy habits is not easy which is why we invite you to accept the 777 challenge. The 777 challenge consists of 21 days (3 full weeks) of discipline. During these 21 days , you will reset your mind and body to develop a new default way of being. You’ll naturally start waking up to do yoga , eat healthy , and keep your body cleansed through clean eating. Over the 21 days that the challenge lasts , you’ll come back into the body of the BEST version of yourself.
