Maximum amount of participants = 10 Make it a gathering with your pals or bring meditation to your next event ! I’ll bring my sound instruments, you bring your mat. . . . A meditation session with me will consist of a short, grounding exercise followed by a 7 note chakra cleansing sound bath in a ZENED OUT SPACE. Meet me at some of my favorite spots around the city and let's zen out ! Need me to travel ? No worries ! I can come to you ❤️ (travel fee will need to be added).
