Shipping Policy
While the goal is to get your products to you quickly, depending on what is ordered, it may take some time to fulfill your order. Our ingredients are naturally produced from nature and sometimes nature makes us wait for her fruits. Please keep in mind that this company curates each product by hand and this does take time.
Being that your products are hand crafted, please allow 7-14 business days from the date of your order placement before contacting us in regards to your order. We will always keep you updated should anything be going wrong with your order.
If you do not receive your order within 7-14 BUSINESS days post order placement, please contact us as you will be eligible for a refund or a FREE gift of equal or lesser value to your original purchase.
If the reason that you have not received your order is due to an incorrect address provided, the new shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility and there is no option for a refund.

ALL body products are NON REFUNDABLE being that they are handmade and will not be restocked.

BOOKING POLICY
When you book a service, it is your responsibility to respond to your open availability email with your chosen date within 10 days of receiving the email. If you do not secure your spot on the calendar through a response to your open availability email within 10 days of receiving open availability , you forfeit the ability to receive a refund if you decide not to receive service for any reason. If you decide not to receive service within your 10 day window , you may respond to your open availability email and request a refund. If you request a refund and you are outside of your 10 day window, you will be issued a store credit in the amount paid for your service.
